Decent products, slow support
I bought a couple of Bananabells and a Zungenpiercing. The jewelry itself was fine, especially for the price. I've had issues with cheaper jewelry before, but these seem decent. My package arrived a day later than the estimated delivery, which wasn't a huge deal, but I did try to contact customer service about a sizing question a week prior and it took them three days to get back to me. They answered my question clearly once they did, but it was a bit of a wait. Overall, good value, but customer service could be a little faster to respond.
